Build a network of Odoo experts
A directory of US implementers, developers and consultants working to OCA standards — with contribution tiers computed from merged pull requests, not self-declared. Nobody sets their own rank.

Develop US localization
Sales tax, ACH and NACHA banking, US chart of accounts, state compliance. Maintained as OCA modules, in the open, under review. This is the pillar that is short of reviewers, not contributors.

Host events and code sprints
Meetups and sprints where the work actually happens — free to attend, community-run, and the reason the other two pillars have people behind them.
